A study by The Telegraph published on Thursday has shown that just 5% of parents could pass a primary school maths test.
The Telegraph devised a set of timed, multiple-choice questions, which range from Year 4 up to Year 7 ability – the final three years of primary school and the first year of secondary education, and found that just one in twenty scored top marks.
