April 2015 winner – Kaitlyn Peddie, Alexandra Primary
Congratulations to Kaitlyn Peddie for being this month’s Smartie of the Month!
Kaitlyn was nominated by Neela Moorghen, Deputy Headteacher at Alexandra Primary in Wood Green, where Kaitlyn has been teaching the Year 2 Penguins since February 2015.
“Kaitlyn is hardworking, punctual and always smartly presented. Several members of staff have commented on Kaitlyn’s clear boundaries, calm attitude and true belief in the children she works with. Parents trust her and the children respond to her warmth and positivity. Kaitlyn plans in detail and has really high expectations of all the children.
Kaitlyn has blended into the staff team seamlessly. We can hardly remember what it was like before she arrived!”
To reward Kaitlyn for being so magnificent, we surprised her at school with a snazzy pink certificate (to treasure forever) and £50 cash to play with. Thank you for being a Smartie, Kaitlyn. We’re stoked to have wonderful teachers like you on our team.
